Job Summary

LHH is supporting a search for a Retail Media Manager to join their client's team focused on driving performance across Amazon and Walmart. This person will be closely involved in both execution and optimization, with the opportunity to influence strategy and deliver meaningful results for clients.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in the U.S. who are authorized to work without sponsorship. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates in California or Colorado at this time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across retail media channels, primarily Amazon and Walmart
  • Develop and implement media strategies aligned to business goals, budgets, and performance targets
  • Continuously refine campaigns through updates to bidding, targeting, and creative
  • Analyze performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Communicate regularly with clients to share updates and recommendations
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and running effectively
  • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to strengthen campaign performance
  • Monitor pacing and results to stay on track with KPIs
  • Keep up with platform updates and broader retail media trends

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of paid media experience, including exposure to retail media
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and/or Walmart Connect
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Solid communication skills in both internal and client-facing settings
  • Experience with tools like Pacvue, Skai, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to other channels such as paid social, search, or programmatic is helpful
  • Detail oriented with a focus on results

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually DOE.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability and additional voluntary benefits. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) which is open and flexible in terms of amount as well as paid parental leave.
