Your Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and provide 24/7 assistance via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp: investigate issues, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.
- Manage incidents reported by clients or local staff across our properties.
- Maintain high levels of client commitment and satisfaction with a focus on loyalty.
- Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.
What We Offer
- Contract: Permanent
- Work Model: Remote
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Start Date: May 2026
