The Mission

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Developer's mission is to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for the Group. This is a pure "hunter" profile: you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to the final contract signing.

Your priority scope is the development of the "Consumer Goods" vertical (excluding mass retail) for e-commerce logistics and distribution services.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Market Analysis

  • Conduct studies and analyses to identify new customer segments and growth potential.
  • Manage active prospecting (telephone and email) and lead qualification within the assigned sector.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct client interviews to identify logistics needs.

Project Coordination and Development

  • Target and approach strategic partners for vertical development.
  • Present processes and solutions to prospects and internal project teams.
  • Write business cases and manage the handover of new files to integration teams.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Respond to tenders and participate in defining technical and pricing offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners and support proposals during presentations.
  • Implement partnership agreements in conjunction with the legal department.

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Conduct strategic monitoring of the logistics and e-commerce market.
  • Report commercial activity to management and communicate with internal support services.

Profile

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent.
  • Confirmed experience of 5 years.
  • Solid experience acquired in the logistics sector.

Skills and Know-how

  • Perfect command of sales techniques and commercial negotiation.
  • Excellent "hunting" and active prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • English proficiency is a plus.

Conditions

  • Compensation: Fixed salary of €45k - €50k + Variable of €20k - €25k
  • Remote Work: 1 day per week
  • Location: Headquarters in Saint-Ouen l'Aumône (95)
