More than a communication agency, we are a high-performance creative "production factory." Our mission: to produce social media content (UGC, Motion Design, Static) in massive volume to maximize the advertising performance of our clients.
In 4 years, we have gone from a freelance model to a structure of 10 experts generating €1.3M in revenue with exceptional profitability (30-40%). We currently support the most promising French Tech startups and international leaders (Dating apps, Travel, Retail, Foodtech).
Our ambition: Double the size of the creative team, structure autonomous squads, and accelerate our international expansion (USA, China).

The Challenge
As Head of Ops, you are the right-hand person to the founders. Your mission is to become the operational engine that will enable us to grow from €1.3M to €2.5M in revenue while maintaining our profitability standards.
You will take over the keys to delivery, allowing the CEO to focus on global expansion. In the long term (2-3 years), you are set to evolve into a COO role.
Your Missions
Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Oversee massive production (50 to 60 pieces of content per client per month).
- Manage the production flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with profitability KPIs per project and per creative.
Management & Structuring
- Manage and develop the skills of a team of 7 creatives/strategists (average age 25-28).
- Structure the organization into autonomous "squads."
- Lead the recruitment plan (goal: grow from 7 to 15 talents).
Automation & AI (AI-First)
- Optimize internal processes using the latest automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate with the founders on the technical and process roadmap.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 2 to 6 years in a Startup/Scale-up (having experienced high growth) or within a highly agile agency/collective. Consulting experience is a plus.
Hard Skills
- Mandatory mastery of automation tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable) and a strong affinity for AI.
Language
- Fluent English is essential (international context).
Soft Skills
- Obsessed with structure and performance. You know how to bring clarity amidst the effervescence of a fast-growing organization.
Conditions & Benefits
Compensation Package
- Global package: Up to €76k (€50-60k fixed + €16k variable).
- Equity: Potential access to capital in the long term (COO role).
- Work environment: Position based in Nice (relocation welcome).
- Remote policy: Very flexible (possibility to work remotely for several weeks abroad).
Variable Details (€16,000)
Operational Autonomy (€4k)
- Implementation of 100% autonomous management (profitability, volumes, bottleneck management) without founder intervention.
Team Scaling (€4k to €8k)
- Bonus for recruitment and successful completion of trial periods (4 to 8 hires planned).
Model Expansion (€4k)
- Achievement and maintenance of a specific MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) threshold for 3 consecutive months.
