LifeStance Health is seeking talented Adult and Child Psychiatrists to join our rapidly growing clinical team. We are dedicated to providing accessible, personalized mental healthcare and are looking for professionals committed to clinical excellence.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $316,000 - $407,000 (productivity-based model) with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
- Bonuses: Up to $25,000 in annual production incentives and a $20,000 - $25,000 sign-on bonus.
- Work-Life Balance: 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Flexible schedules with telemedicine and in-person options.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), 2 months of paid parental leave, holidays, and EAP.
- Professional Development: $2,000 annual CME allowance.
- Additional Income: Up to $72,000 in additional pay for supervising PMHNPs.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states.
- BE/BC.
- Unencumbered DEA.
