Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin.
• Credentials: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience: Child, adolescent, or adult therapy.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $84,000 - $113,000
• Sign-on Bonus: Available for full-time hires.
