About the Role

We are actively seeking passionate and committed Licensed Therapists to join our clinical team across all office locations in Utah. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible work schedule and a full-time position.

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• Must have completed a Master's program and be out of the supervision stage.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $106,000 per year
• Compensation model based on productivity.

Locations

LifeStance Health is expanding with offices in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah. More offices are opening in 2026!
