What We Offer Licensed Therapists:

• Competitive Compensation: Productivity-based package with uncapped earning potential.
  • Comp range: $90,000-$115,000

Location and Schedule:

• Office: Beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out office in Spokane, WA, with additional locations for easier commuting.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional weekends. Offers a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
• Work Model: Hybrid model with flexibility for both in-person and remote sessions.

Seeking Therapists Who Are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington State:
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experienced: With adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Skilled: In individual and/or couples therapy.
