Licensed Therapists - Immediate Needs

We are actively seeking fully licensed Therapists in Utah, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CMHC), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT).

Requirements:

• Master's degree completion
• No longer require supervision
• Hybrid role

Plus (Not a requirement, but a bonus):

• Experience in Trauma Therapy, with EMDR certification or training.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $106,000 annually
• Compensation model based on productivity.

Locations

LifeStance Health is expanding in the Salt Lake City area, with offices in Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah. More offices are planned for 2026.
