Corporate Paralegal

Litwin Kach LLP is a boutique law firm providing sophisticated legal services across the United States. While we started in Chicago, and this remains where we have the highest concentration of people, we have expanded to include attorneys and staff across the country. The firm is fully remote with limited exceptions and we anticipate that this position would be fully remote other than limited exceptions where we try and gather as a firm in person for a short trip each year.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a corporate paralegal. The role involves handling company registrations and annual maintenance, formations, basic org docs, Form D and Blue Sky filings, and assistance related to deal closings, closing books, and similar.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a corporate paralegal
• Some law firm experience even if at prior paralegal position

There will be opportunities for overtime and bonus/upside as well.
