Role Overview
We are seeking Clinical Data Scientist mentors who can provide career guidance, industry insight, and practical perspective to students and early-career professionals interested in clinical data science, health analytics, medical research data, and related fields.
This is a remote, flexible mentorship role focused on advisory conversations rather than academic tutoring or task completion.
What You'll Do
- Engage in 1:1 mentorship sessions with students
- Share your experience in clinical data science, health analytics, biostatistics, or healthcare data workflows
- Help mentees think through career paths, project design, and real-world data challenges
- Provide industry insight and feedback based on your background
Who We're Looking For
- Clinical Data Scientist, Healthcare Data Scientist, or similar professional background
- Strong experience with clinical data, healthcare analytics, observational studies, biostatistics, or related areas
- Background in research, clinical analytics, healthcare systems, or pharma/biotech data teams
- PhD, Master's, or extensive professional experience is preferred
- Graduates from Top-17 universities (e.g., Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Cornell, UPenn, UCLA, UIUC, Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Caltech, Texas at Austin, CMU, etc.) are especially encouraged
