- Help to shape the IT Cosmetics image across all social platforms
- Work at the speed of culture to disrupt the social landscape

- Help to inspire new social content opportunities cross-functionally
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Content Strategy & Management
- Support the Social Media Manager to define and contribute to the strategy for Always On (inclusive of TikTok assets), Efficacy, Gen X Squad and Disruptive fast to market content
- Work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross functional partners - creative, PD, Marketing, Sustainability etc.
- Build strong relationships with agencies, freelancers and creators to serve as your little black book of production go-tos
- Ensure brand codes are consistent across all social content created
- Understand the content and social nuances between East and West to help produce globally relevant content
Content Execution & Deliverables
- Execute strategy and develop social content for Always On evergreen monthly campaigns.
- Deliver Always On packages once a month (inclusive of TikTok assets)
- Deliver Tier C aligning release within Monthly Always On Packages (In line with Drive Timings)
- Manage and contract monthly Gen X Squad deliverables with creator agency
- Deliver Content Squad deliverables within Always On packages once a month
- Identify, contract/negotiate fast to market content to 'disrupt' the social media landscape. Content should challenge conventions and spark conversations
- Deliver at least x1 'Disruptive' content once a month
- Distribute disruptive content to global markets and support localized execution as needed
- Work with the Social Innovation and Analytics team to track performance of 'Disruptive' content to share learnings
- Create and continually test content formats that push efficacy and reinforce our authority in hybrid makeup (Demos, Infographics, Torture Tests, Lab Shoots etc.)
Content Analyze & Insights
- Continually analyze and digest consumer behavior and social trends, communities and competitors to develop best in class content that drives awareness and makes impact for the brand across social
- Work with key market partners to better understand their needs and fulfill those requests based on performance
- Work cross-functionally with Social Analytics and Innovation team to request social listening data and trend spotting insights to feed into content ideation.
- Stay current on new social media content trends and best practices, share with the wider social and brand engagement team to spark new ideas
Agency Management
- With support to the Social Media Manager, manage communication with agencies in regard to the Gen X squad program
Budget Management
- Alongside PM, track and oversee spend of budgets across: Always On, TikTok, Disruptive Content & Content Squad workstreams
- When required, assist in opening of POs and SOWs as instructed by Social Media Manager and PM
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Background in Marketing, Digital, Business, and/or Advertising
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in social media editing video editing
- Experience in leading and/or coordinating social content shoots
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands, and priorities in a very fast-paced environment
- Curiosity about social media trends, new platforms, the creator economy, and the future of digital advertising
- Strong familiarity with social media and understanding of effective content creation

- Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000
