A Day in the Life

As the Assistant Vice President for Media & CMI Indirect Sourcing, you will report to the VP of Media & Marketing Sourcing, leading a dedicated team to shape our partnerships across a ~$1.5Bn spend. You are a strategic partner, bridging the gap between global sourcing functions, our Chief Digital & Marketing Office, and Finance leaders to drive value and innovation.

  • Develop Strategic Vision: You will design and execute the long-term sourcing strategies and implementation roadmaps for media and consumer market intelligence (CMI), aligning with key business priorities.
  • Lead Commercial Excellence: You will spearhead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts with agencies and tech providers, working closely with Legal to ensure robust and favorable agreements.
  • Drive Performance & Partnership: You will manage and evolve our supplier relationships, implementing formal performance monitoring to ensure our partners are innovating and delivering top-tier results.
  • Lead & Inspire: You will provide direct management to a sourcing team, focusing on their development, building a culture of excellence, and ensuring your hub is a center of expertise.

  • Highly experienced background in the Media/Marketing industry, preferably within strategic sourcing.
  • Strategic Business Acumen to develop long-term vision and roadmaps.
  • Expert Negotiation Skills for complex, high-value contracts.
  • Proven Stakeholder Management ability to influence and act as a valued partner.
  • Strong Leadership & People Development skills to inspire and grow your team.
  • Adept in Data & Analytics to drive financial reporting and prove value.
