Our client is a profitable, founder-led boutique staffing firm in NYC — 15 recruiters, no territories, no VMS grind. We're hiring 2-3 experienced 360 tech recruiters who can bill, develop business, and help raise the bar on a young, hungry team. The CEO is on the floor closing deals. Leadership is transparent, culture is collaborative, and the path to building and leading your own team is real.

Impact and Earnings

  • Competitive salary + up to 50% commissions

What You'll Own

  • Run a full 360 desk — prospect, win, and manage your own clients
  • Place perm and/or contract talent in tech (AI, data, software, systems)
  • Coach by example and eventually step into a team lead / pod-build role

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

  • 2-8+ years of agency experience in tech recruiting
  • Proven 360 billings of $300K-$400K+ annually, perm, contract, or mixed
  • Background in small/mid-size firms — real BD, real client ownership
  • High EQ, collaborative style, and genuine interest in growing into leadership
  • NYC-based and office-first (2 WFH days/week)

Compensation and Upside

  • Commission: up to 50%
