Our client is a profitable, founder-led boutique staffing firm in NYC — 15 recruiters, no territories, no VMS grind. We're hiring experienced 360 recruiters who can bill, develop business, and help raise the bar on a young, hungry team.

The CEO is on the floor closing deals. Leadership is transparent, culture is collaborative, and the path to building and leading your own team is real.

What's on offer

• Top biller doing $65k/month
• Commission: 15–40% depending on billings

What you'll do

• Run a full 360 desk — prospect, win, and manage your own clients
• Place perm and/or contract talent across accounting, finance, and administrative roles
• Work with a broad client base: financial services, professional services, and corporate functions
• Coach by example and eventually step into a team lead / pod-build role

What we're looking for

• 3–8+ years' recruiting experience in accounting & finance, with exposure to admin or professional services a plus
• Proven 360 biller: $300k–$400k+ annual billing, perm, contract, or mixed
• Background in small/mid-size firms — real BD, real client ownership, not just working reqs out of a VMS
• Comfortable placing across a range of levels — staff accountant to CFO, coordinator to EA
• High EQ, collaborative style, and genuine interest in growing into leadership
• NYC-based and office-first (2 WFH days/month)
