The Role
This role sits at the center of the Lumen Transformation Office (LTO) Orchestration team and reports directly to the Head of Orchestration and Chief of Staff to the President and CFO.
You will operate as a leader, shaping priorities, structuring complex problems, and driving executive-level alignment and execution. You will engage directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), SVPs and VPs, acting as a thought partner who both supports and challenges to drive better outcomes.
You will partner closely with transformation leaders to ensure priorities are clear, decisions are data-driven, and initiatives move with speed and accountability. You will also play a critical role in preparing leaders for high-impact updates, ensuring clarity, focus, and executive readiness.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and operational discipline. You will connect strategy, governance, and execution across the LTO while maintaining a constant pulse on the enterprise agenda.

This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States.
The Main Responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities into clear problem statements, workplans, and decision frameworks
- Structure complex, ambiguous challenges into actionable insights and recommendations
- Build high-quality executive materials and deliver impactful presentations that drive decisions and alignment in the room
- Engage directly with SLT, SVPs, VPs; probe, challenge, and coach to improve thinking and outcomes
- Prepare senior leaders for executive forums; ensure messaging is clear, focused, and positioned for success
- Drive alignment and maintain momentum across initiatives; step in and push work over the line when needed
- Operate with urgency and ownership; get hands dirty and lead execution, not just coordination
- Make informed decisions in fast-moving situations and keep work progressing without delays
- Maintain a strong pulse on the strategic agenda; connect initiatives to enterprise priorities
- Tick, tie, and synthesize inputs across teams into a single, coherent view of priorities and progress
- Drive accountability across leaders through clear tracking, follow-up, and escalation when needed
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and proactively drive resolution
- Reinforce a high-performance culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and execution discipline
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required Qualifications:
- 8--12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, business operations, or executive-level support roles
- Proven ability to operate at the SLT, SVP, and VP level with confidence and credibility
- Strong presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact conversations and guide decision-making in executive forums
- Exceptional ability to build clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations
- Bias for action; consistently steps in to drive work forward and close gaps
- Sound judgment and willingness to make decisions in ambiguous environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise strategy and ability to stay aligned to shifting priorities
- Excellent synthesis skills; able to connect, simplify, and align multiple inputs into a clear direction
- Strong accountability mindset; holds self and others to high standards on delivery
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications domain is preferred
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
- $152,066 - $202,755 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
- $159,670 - $212,893 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
- $167,273 - $223,031 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
