We're looking for a Founding Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to help build M3 alongside the founder.

What You'll Do

• Work with startups on narrative, positioning, and fundraising communication.
• Help founders improve pitch decks, messaging, and GTM clarity.
• Support founder acquisition, partnerships, and ecosystem growth.
• Contribute to strategy, brand direction, and long-term growth of M3.

Who You Are

• Strong understanding of startups, fundraising, and growth.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
• Independent, founder-minded, and execution-focused.
• Background in startups, VC, strategy, growth, or communications is a plus.

Compensation

This is not a traditional salaried role.
