Senior Program Manager

At Maleda, we partner with high-growth, product-driven companies to build and scale critical operations. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and can drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational rigor---someone who can align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable business impact across large-scale programs.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams
• Develop program strategy, scope, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business goals
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment and execution
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
• Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices
• Lead program planning cycles (quarterly, bi-annual) including roadmap alignment and resource planning
• Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership on program status, risks, and key decisions
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and continuously improve outcomes
• Influence without authority---ensuring accountability across teams and stakeholders
• Support change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes or tools

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure in complex problem spaces
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on technical or operational initiatives
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketplace, platform, or high-growth tech environments (e.g., companies like Airbnb, Uber, DoorDash)
• Background in operations, strategy, or management consulting
• Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Experience building processes from 0→1 and scaling them

• Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension

• Location: Remote (within the US)

• Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday--Friday)

• Employment Type: Contract (W2)

• Compensation: $85-$100/hour (based on experience)
