Construction Project Engineer 5

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Project Planning and Construction Management team supporting regional planning leads, Lease Construction Managers, and Fit-Out Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and advanced project planning expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: 100% Remote (Preferred PST or CST working hours)

Pay Range: $80.18 - $86.36 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans for large-scale datacenter construction projects, including timelines and resource planning
  • Analyze project schedules and provide forecasting insights on completion dates in collaboration with regional planning and construction managers
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation and contingency strategies
  • Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with objectives
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and analysis to senior stakeholders and project leadership

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project planning, scheduling, or project management
  • Strong experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling methodology and large-scale capital project planning ($50M--$200M+)
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, schedules, and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
