Construction Site Contracts Manager V (Remote)

Our client, a global leader in large-scale infrastructure and high-impact construction projects, is seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager V to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will play a critical role managing contracts and change orders for complex, fast-paced construction environments.

Remote (U.S.-based)

Pay Range

$68.25 -- $73.51/hour

Assignment Details

  • Start Date: May 15, 2026
  • End Date: May 15, 2027 (extension possible)
  • Schedule: Monday--Friday, 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and change orders, from intake to execution
  • Draft, review, and process contracts using tools like Ariba and iCertis
  • Ensure compliance across cost, schedule, scope, and quality standards
  • Resolve routing, documentation, and processing issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract activities

What You Bring

  • 10 years of experience in contracts management, construction, or related field
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Adobe PDF
    • Ariba
    • iCertis
  • Experience with contract/change order workflows and documentation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Sign, Compass F&O
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

  • Timely processing and resolution of workflow issues
  • Adherence to contractual requirements across cost, scope, and schedule
