Role Overview

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking an HR Consultant to join their Human Resources Department. You will support Engineering and cross-functional business teams, utilizing strong judgment, excellent stakeholder communication, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid Type: Contract

What's the Job?

  • Coach and advise managers and employees on complex performance, employee relations, and workplace matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on career development, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Analyze trends and leverage data insights to recommend proactive solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated HR solutions to improve manager effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and business leaders to support strategic people initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of HR consulting or employee relations experience in a complex organization.
  • Deep expertise in performance management, workplace investigations, or case management.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing leaders.
