PeopleSoft Business Analyst (IH, CRM, HCM)
Compensation:
- Corp to Corp rate: $85.00/hour (Must be on your payroll - No layer or sister companies)
- Hourly rate with benefits: $70.00/hour
Contract Details:
- Duration: 24 Months
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
- Weekly Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week, flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Occasional extended hours may be necessary.
Description of Engagement
Perform in-depth analysis, gather and document functional requirements, create design specifications, and ensure alignment with operational needs. This role also involves developing and executing test scenarios, reviewing results, and leading knowledge transfer sessions. Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis, functional documentation, and testing are required.
Required Qualifications
- Business Analysis Experience: Four or more years in a PeopleSoft environment, with expertise in at least three of the following areas:
- Business analysis planning and monitoring
- Elicitation and collaboration
- Requirements life cycle management
- Requirements analysis and design definition
- Solution evaluation
- SQL Proficiency: Four or more years of experience in reading and creating SQL queries.
- PeopleSoft Architecture: Four or more years of experience with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
- PeopleSoft Module Experience: Two or more years of business analysis experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: IH, CRM, or HCM.
- Government Setting Experience: Business Analysis experience within a government setting using PeopleSoft, particularly HCM and CRM modules.
- Complex Problem Solving: Experience developing functional solutions for complex business problems impacting multiple stakeholders, facing customer resistance, or involving significant constraints.
- Knowledge Transfer: Experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies, developed applications, or existing PeopleSoft architecture to other business analysts.
- Oracle SQL/PeopleSoft Databases: Experience reading/writing Oracle SQL and/or familiarity with PeopleSoft databases/functionality.
- Pension Benefit Administration: Experience supporting a pension benefit administration solution in a government setting.
