Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Corp to Corp rate: $95.00 (Must be on your payroll - No layer or sister companies) Hourly rate with benefits: $83.00 Duration: 24 Months Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Weekly Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week during the work hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 P.M. (negotiable).

Occasional extended hours may be necessary by mutual agreement, e.g. working weekends or past normal business hours.

Description of Engagement:

Perform in-depth analysis, gather and document functional requirements, create design specifications, and ensure alignment with operational needs.

The role also involves developing and executing test scenarios, reviewing results, and leading knowledge transfer sessions. Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis, functional documentation, and testing are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least five of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis' "A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide}"):
    • Business analysis planning and monitoring
    • Elicitation and collaboration
    • Requirements life cycle management
    • Strategy analysis
    • Requirements analysis and design definition
    • Solution evaluation
  • Four or more years of experience performing business analysis in the PeopleSoft modules [IH, CRM, HCM].
  • Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs.
  • Six or more years of experience using an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
  • Four or more years of experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with the end-user community.
  • Business Analysis experience working in a government setting using PeopleSoft, particularly HCM module.
  • Experience developing functional solutions in areas where the business problem is complex, impacts multiple stakeholders, has significant customer resistance, or has significant constraints.
  • Experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies, the developed application, and/or existing knowledge of the PeopleSoft architecture to other business analysts.
  • Experience reading and/or writing Oracle SQL, and/or familiarity with PeopleSoft databases/functionality.
  • Experience supporting a pension benefit administration solution in a government setting.
