Location: Seattle, WA
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, WFH Mon & Fri, In Seattle Office Tues-Thurs 7:30a-4p
What's the Job?

Support the sales team by managing accounts for foodservice operators and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and account changes, providing effective solutions.

Assist in setting up and onboarding new accounts, managing delivery logistics, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Participate in business planning activities with leadership to identify growth opportunities and support sales targets.

Maintain accurate records in the customer management system, track sales activities, and report on regional performance.
What's Needed?
-
At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.

Knowledge or experience in the foodservice, beverage, or related industry preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales support tools.
