Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in NYC, Houston, or Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Property Broker - Energy Practice

- Develop an understanding of clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide expert advice to complex clients.
- Identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Complete policy management activities, deliver reviewed policies to clients, and address inquiries as necessary.
- Deliver technical expertise in the preparation and presentation of RFPs.

We will count on you to:
- Maintain and manage an existing book of Energy clients through daily interaction.
- Solicit new clients and expand opportunities by developing internal and external relationships.
- Work with various Energy Property Insurance markets to secure the best terms and conditions for clients.
- Populate Property market submissions, negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters, and communicate quotes to clients.
- Oversee the correct issuance of all transaction documentation, including invoicing, policy review, and pre/post-binding documentation.
What you need to have:
- 8 years of industry experience.
- Property lines and broking experience highly preferred; Energy & Power experience is a plus.
- P&C license is a must, or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400. Base pay is determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health benefits, tuition assistance, and 401K savings.
