Job Summary
The Digital Workday Governance Team is hiring a Digital Project Coordinator! This role is critical to the team, responsible for providing administrative support to Digital projects by analyzing requirements, collaborating with Digital teams, and contributing to the successful implementation of projects and managing projects of small scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to management and Technical Project Managers in request management, project prioritization, resource allocation, and regular portfolio reviews.
- Research, collect, and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
- Design and develop configurations to be deployed on systems using the approved solution assessment to meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to management and Technical Project Managers in the creation of project concept and project charter documents.
- Develop, maintain, update, and oversee project plans and schedules using tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study required.
- Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 0-1 year of similar work experience highly preferred.
- Developing knowledge of project management principles, concepts, and practices.
- Knowledge of the system development life cycle used for the development of new systems and enhancements to existing information systems.
- Knowledge of IT concepts and basic operating principles of data communications, information systems, hardware, and software.
- Knowledge of personal computers and personal computer software.
- Knowledge of file maintenance and report generation methods.
Additional Job Details
Hybrid Working Model Required:

Monday-Friday, Eastern Business Hours required.

1-2 days onsite per week required, including Wednesdays. Must be flexible for team and business needs.

Remote workdays require a stable, secure, quiet, compliant workstation. Business conducted during Eastern hours.
