Job description
Maximus is currently looking for a remote QA Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for providing front-line, first-level management and leadership to direct reports with the goal of meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements within the FEMA project.
This is a temporary, remote, work-at-home position. Candidates must be available to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:00 AM EST, including weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly 1x1 meetings with staff, evaluate employee performance, and make recommendations on bonus and merit incentives.
- Identify and set monthly individual and team goals.
- Develop quality checklists based on client requirements.
- Analyze quality evaluations to identify process improvements and make recommendations to operations management.
- Prepare daily and weekly updates for QA management based on monthly samples and staff productivity.
- Participate in internal audits of policies and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Quality Assurance team members.
- Supervise quality control tasks related to loan intake, mail intake, payment processing, and back-office functions.
- Review and distribute daily work and verify timecards.
- Ensure compliance with company wage and hour policies.
- Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates and work with HR to resolve issues.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a US citizen per client requirements.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
- Must reside in the contiguous US.
Home Office Requirements
- Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connectivity).
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed.
- Connectivity via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
- Private and secure work area with an adequate power source.
- Must have a smartphone to log into Maximus systems.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
