Maximus is seeking experienced Supervisors to lead SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Eligibility Operations. In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for processing public assistance applications and managing cases in a high-volume production environment, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while driving operational performance and staff development. This role is responsible for handling escalated and complex cases, supporting quality and compliance efforts, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring accurate and timely benefit determinations in accordance with federal and state regulations.
This is a remote opportunity with computer equipment provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.
- Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.
- Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.
- Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.
- Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.
- Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.
- Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and escalate anticipated problems proactively.
- Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.
- Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and drive performance improvements.
- Familiarity with additional public assistance programs such as Medicaid or LTSS preferred.
- Experience working for a state agency, county agency, or government contractor supporting SNAP programs preferred.
Home Office Requirements
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (test at www.speedtest.net).
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
Compensation
- Minimum Salary: $65,000
- Maximum Salary: $65,000
