About the Position
The Project Assistant supports WellStarME project operations under a contract between MCD Global Health (MCD) and the State of Maine Office of Employee Health, Wellness, & Workers' Compensation. This position delivers professional and responsive customer service to staff and health plan participants through clear written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative and program activities by managing front-line communications.
- Organize meetings and assist with daily operations.
- Maintain program materials and contribute to basic reporting efforts.
- Provide flexible operational support to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Logistics
- Status: Full-time, non-exempt.
- Location: Primarily remote. Candidates must reside in Maine and be available for periodic travel to the Hallowell office, Augusta, and other locations throughout the state as needed.
- Schedule: Regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some flexibility may be available provided program needs are met.
