The E2E Supply Chain Enablement Director will lead our Global Supply Chain Technology Center of Excellence (CoE), with a strong emphasis on optimization, advanced planning, and digital supply chain transformation. You will work to enhance our planning tools and further leverage our Blue Yonder platform, ensuring we identify, initiate, and execute improvement projects across our entire supply chain and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making.

As the Director, you will partner closely with Global Supply Chain leadership, business teams, Demand and Supply Planning teams, and IT, and drive innovation, standardization, and measurable business value through technology-enabled optimization. This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts.

Reporting to the VP of Global Supply Chain, you will:

  • Lead subject matter experts across network, analytics, demand, supply, and finite scheduling to elevate the success of our E2E supply chain.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement long-term strategies that enable a best-in-class supply chain.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to prioritize projects and orchestrate implementation.
  • Support the business execution of new programs and initiatives, including forecasting and coordinating key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
  • Monitor key operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Identify indicators and KPIs to drive improvement in the planning technologies, including cost-benefit analyses and plan quality.
  • Build commitment to the technology solutions by engaging and influencing next-level leaders and key stakeholder groups, and communicating outcomes to the team.
  • Elevate the training and skills of our end users in the tool to drive adoption and shift from how things are done to why they are done, with a deep understanding.
  • Initiate IBP & S&OE process improvements tied to our planning technology.
  • Develop the planning technology roadmap in partnership with others and drive the successful execution of the actions.
  • Establish an operating mechanism to streamline network change request processes.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant Supply Chain experience with 7 years of managerial experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant Supply Chain experience with 7 years of managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning and optimization, with strong industry knowledge and experience leveraging advanced planning platforms such as Blue Yonder.
  • Experience driving the adoption of new planning systems and processes across a matrixed organization.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $174,400.00 - $261,600.00
  • Eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) and annual long-term incentive plan.
