Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator & Office Admin to support our day-to-day office operations. This role sits at the front desk and serves as the first point of contact, while also handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Office Location: Bellevue, WA

Work Mode: Hybrid, 4 days in the office 1 day work from home

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities
  • Handle incoming inquiries, mail, and deliveries
  • Track and manage company devices, access badges, and office assets
  • Coordinate with property management and external vendors on office-related matters (e.g., access control, maintenance, and facility issues)
  • Manage office access systems, including badge issuance, tracking, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory and restocking
  • Support document collection, organization, and basic verification
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide support for internal events, meetings, and office activities
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
  • Prior administrative, front desk, or customer-facing experience is a plus
