Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator & Office Admin to support our day-to-day office operations. This role sits at the front desk and serves as the first point of contact, while also handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Office Location: Bellevue, WA
Work Mode: Hybrid, 4 days in the office 1 day work from home
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities
- Handle incoming inquiries, mail, and deliveries
- Track and manage company devices, access badges, and office assets
- Coordinate with property management and external vendors on office-related matters (e.g., access control, maintenance, and facility issues)
- Manage office access systems, including badge issuance, tracking, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory and restocking
- Support document collection, organization, and basic verification
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Provide support for internal events, meetings, and office activities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
- Prior administrative, front desk, or customer-facing experience is a plus
