Responsibilities
- Create appointments or turn over engaged portfolio customers for store follow-up
- Identify opportunities to create and maintain loyalty
- Monitor portfolio to identify opportunities
- Manage customer lifecycle to maintain loyalty and increase retention
- Establish and maintain productive rapport with customers
- Articulate and deliver Value Proposition
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Utilize excellent communication skills via phone calls, emails, and text
- Manage multiple platforms
- Maintain a key understanding of general brand knowledge
Qualification Criteria
- Automotive Retail experience
- Customer service or Account management experience
- A track record of performance excellence
- Ability to work independently
- Business acumen and/or equivalent industry knowledge
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and policies of the Customer Engagement Center
- Strong working knowledge of Holman policies and CEC best practices
- Proven track record with achieving/exceeding department performance metrics
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule (includes nights and weekends)
- Work From Home experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience working in a customer service/lifecycle related field preferred
