Position Details

Type: Contract
Compensation: $120/hour (One-time payment, up to $10,000)
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate the usage of Google Business Profile (GBP) to enhance business communication.
Review Google Chat interactions to ensure effective internal messaging.
Collaborate with team members to optimize Google Chat usage across the organization.
Develop strategies to increase the efficiency of internal communication using Google Chat.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile (GBP).
Regular use of Google Chat within the business.
US-based, English only.
Minimum 500 internal messages across all DMs and Spaces.
At least 10 employees actively using Chat.

Preferred

Experience with optimizing business communication tools.
