Position: ABCD - Generalists

Type: Contract Compensation: $30--$60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10--20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs to improve AI model performance across various domains.
Annotate data and flag quality issues in research and legal domains.
Apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks to ensure data quality.
Collaborate asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance model outputs.
Work independently with structured tasks and clear guidelines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or 2--3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's from a reputable institution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment.
Excellent written communication and research skills.
Ability to understand and follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines.

Preferred

Background in law, STEM, humanities, or social sciences.
