Role Responsibilities

Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Operations-related topics.
Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions to Operations problems.
Evaluate operational tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

Must-Have

8 years of dedicated professional experience in Operations leadership at a recognized organization (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Operations Practice, GE, P&G, DoorDash, Stripe, or a comparable enterprise or high-growth company).
Demonstrable career progression into senior operations leadership (e.g., Operations Manager → Director of Operations → VP of Operations or COO track).
Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
