Role Responsibilities

Share Google Forms you have created or have access to.
Include surveys, quizzes, event sign-ups, and questionnaires.
Ensure forms contain multiple question types like multiple choice, short answer, and dropdowns.
Provide non-AI generated and timestamped content.
Maintain confidentiality by removing sensitive details yourself.

Must-Have

Experience with Google Forms.
Ability to create diverse question types.
