Position: Corporate Healthcare Professionals Survey -- Healthcare Operations & Strategy Insights

Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote (United States)
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

Role Responsibilities

Complete a structured 30-minute online survey.
Share insights from day-to-day professional responsibilities and organisational workflows.
Provide feedback on operational processes, technology adoption, communication, analytics, customer/member experience, or strategic initiatives.
Discuss common challenges faced within large healthcare organisations.
Offer perspectives on how AI tools may improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration across healthcare functions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently employed at a large healthcare, health services, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or managed care organisation.
Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services environments.
Familiarity with organisational workflows, operational processes, or cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable participating in a structured research survey.
Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey.
