Position: Software Engineer Type: Contract Compensation: $100/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1 month Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex, production-grade Python systems for real-world environments.
- Design modular, testable codebases using modern Python tooling and best practices like FastAPI, Pydantic, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
- Optimize performance through profiling and memory optimization in Python.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training quality and model outputs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record of building and maintaining complex Python systems.
- Deep understanding of Python language fundamentals, including decorators, generators, async/await, and context managers.
- Experience designing modular, testable codebases with modern Python tooling.

- 90 mins human interview centered on Python.
- Feedback within two weeks.
