Type: Freelance
Compensation: $35/hour
Location: US or Canada
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design and optimize prompts with multiple constraints and instructions.
Conduct model testing and grading by running prompts through models. Assess outputs against expectations and explain model preferences.
Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure prompt tasks and rubrics meet rigor, maintaining consistency and reliability before integration into official benchmarks.
Work independently and meet deadlines in a structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools for advanced domain-specific questions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Master's or PhD in HR, Psychology, Literature, or Education.
Strong writing and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Significant familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools.
Use of macOS and/or iOS on a day-to-day basis.
Based in US or Canada.
