This role focuses on steady-state operations, maintenance, and enhancements, with a critical emphasis on backlog execution, defect resolution, and pre-production validation during a 12-month dual-entitlement period to support migration to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Application Maintenance & Configuration

  • Support configuration and maintenance of TRIRIGA modules (Space, Real Estate, Capital Projects, etc.) to align with IRS functional requirements and ensure system stability.

Backlog & Defect Resolution

Release & Deployment Execution

  • Develop, test, and deploy code in compliance with federal standards and the IRS Change Control Board (CCB) process.
  • Execute deployments and deep regression testing during off-hours to maintain 99.9% availability for 1,700 concurrent users.

Integrations & Reporting

  • Support maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automated data transfers (ETL processes).
  • Develop custom BIRT reports or SQL queries to meet evolving IRS stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of software development experience, including direct experience configuring, developing, and maintaining enterprise IBM TRIRIGA applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with TRIRIGA platform tools, Java, SQL, and HTML/XML. Experience troubleshooting application logic, workflows, and database queries.
  • Methodology: Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) within FedRAMP Moderate or High cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience supporting TRIRIGA version 11.5/11.6 or preparing systems for MAS/MREF 9.x migrations.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD 2021 integrations (CAD Integrator) and BIRT (Eclipse IDE 4.6) report development.
  • Prior experience supporting federal civilian agencies or DoD real property systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Location: Remote within US / Washington, DC Area preferred
  • Clearance: Existing IRS clearance preferred
