M Hudson Design (MHD) is a premier, ultra-luxury landscape architecture firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are pioneering the world's first fully integrated experiential design process. We don't just show our clients 2D plans; we build immersive, cinematic 3D digital twins of their future estates, allowing them to experience their homes before ground is ever broken.

We are seeking a visionary AI Concept Artist to join our remote production team. You will be responsible for translating our clients' existing properties and our early design ideas into breathtaking, photorealistic mood boards and style explorations using the latest AI generation tools.

The Role

As our AI Concept Artist, you will operate at the very front of our creative pipeline during "Phase 1: Design Discovery." Before we commit to heavy 3D modeling, we use AI to rapidly iterate on architectural and landscape styles.

You will receive drone photography of an existing property and creative briefs from our Creative Director. Your job is to use AI to reimagine that specific site across various ultra-luxury styles (e.g., Tropical Modern, Mediterranean Revival, Coastal Contemporary) while maintaining the correct scale, context, and the signature MHD luxury aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Style Generation: Generate 15-20 high-quality, photorealistic conceptual images per project that reimagine existing residential sites in new architectural and landscape styles.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and document advanced text prompts that consistently yield ultra-luxury, high-end residential aesthetics.
• Image-to-Image Translation: Use existing drone photography and early massing sketches as base inputs to ensure the AI generations respect the actual site context and topography.
• Post-Production: Utilize Photoshop or similar tools to seamlessly blend AI outputs, correct architectural anomalies, and ensure the final images are presentation-ready for high-net-worth clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative Director via Monday.com to iterate rapidly based on feedback, delivering final concepts within tight 48-72 hour turnaround windows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AI Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Midjourney v6 (or latest). You must understand advanced parameters, aspect ratios, style tuning, and image prompting.
• Architectural Sensibility: A strong eye for architectural design, landscape architecture, composition, lighting, and scale. You must know the difference between a "good render" and a "luxury design."
• Post-Processing: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image compositing, color grading, and fixing AI artifacts.
• Portfolio: A stunning portfolio demonstrating your ability to generate photorealistic architectural and landscape concepts using AI.
• Speed & Communication: Ability to work quickly in a remote, deadline-driven environment, with clear and professional communication in English.

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with AI rendering plugins that integrate directly with 3D software, such as Veras 4.0, PromeAI, or LookX.
• A background in architecture, landscape architecture, or interior design.
• Familiarity with the architectural styles prevalent in South Florida and the Caribbean.
