Remote Business Document Expert (Chinese Speaker)

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or higher in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential for producing polished business documents.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to evaluate work critically and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is preferred, or a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
• Self-directed and able to thrive in an independent, remote, and fast-paced setting.

Preferred:

• Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• An MBA or advanced degree, plus experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI systems to complete advanced business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror modern professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Examine AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality expectations.
• Communicate practical insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so AI systems better meet business user needs.
• Uphold quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, helping connect business expertise with AI innovation.
