Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished, professional business materials.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate work critically while giving clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a willingness to learn quickly in a technology-driven environment.
• Self-directed professional who can thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, a top consulting firm, or a leading financial institution.
• Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools is considered an advantage.
• An MBA or other advanced degree, along with experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI systems to carry out advanced business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated work across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality expectations.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to help drive ongoing AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so the systems better meet business user needs.
• Uphold high standards for quality, organization, and clarity in every deliverable, helping connect business expertise with AI innovation.
