Remote Business Document Expert (German)

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or higher in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce polished, professional deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess work critically while giving clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a willingness to learn quickly in a tech-driven environment.
• Self-motivated professional who can thrive independently in a remote, fast-moving setting.

Preferred:

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with AI systems to complete sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, review, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated materials across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Create and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current workplace workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or consulting-level standards.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to help improve AI performance.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so the systems better meet business user needs.
• Maintain high standards for quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable.
