Remote Business Document Expert (Japanese)

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished, client-ready business materials.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to assess work critically while offering clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a strong willingness to learn quickly in a tech-driven environment.
• Self-directed professional who can thrive in an independent, remote, fast-moving setting.
• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, a top consulting firm, or a leading financial institution is preferred.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools is valued.
• MBA or advanced degree, along with experience mentoring others or giving structured feedback on business deliverables, is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with AI systems to carry out sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated materials across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or consulting-level standards.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so AI systems better meet business user needs.
• Uphold quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, bridging business expertise with AI innovation.
