Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or higher in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business materials.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to evaluate work critically while offering clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a strong willingness to learn quickly in a technology-driven environment.
• Self-motivated professional who can thrive independently in a remote, fast-moving setting.

Preferred:

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top consulting firm, or major financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or advanced degree, along with experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI systems to complete advanced business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Assess, critique, and provide organized feedback on AI-generated materials across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or consulting-level standards.
• Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so AI systems better meet business user needs.
• Uphold quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, helping connect business expertise with AI innovation.
