Senior Software Engineer Remote

Requirements

Must have:

• Strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, Rust, TypeScript, C++, or Go.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable fixes.
• Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Proven ability to improve software performance and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Track record of success in collaborative, cross-functional teams, ideally in remote environments.
• Experience with large-scale, distributed codebases is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern AI or machine learning systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Experience participating in rigorous code reviews and shaping software best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply expert-level coding knowledge to bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization across multiple programming languages.
• Analyze and improve software codebases to enhance clarity, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams by sharing feedback and insights that help improve AI models.
• Build robust solutions and document best practices to support scalable AI training workflows.
• Review existing system architecture and recommend technical strategies for the best outcomes.
• Communicate technical findings and project progress clearly in both written and verbal form.
• Support the ongoing improvement of AI systems by contributing real-world engineering expertise in challenging scenarios.
