Summary

Are you a detail-oriented operational leader who thrives on keeping complex, cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward? This remote project management role is an exciting opportunity to sit at the center of a high-performing team, driving the operational rhythm that enables leadership to make informed, timely decisions.

You will own and manage the full lifecycle of weekly business reviews, support monthly and quarterly review cycles, and build the tracking infrastructure that keeps workstreams visible and accountable. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that blends structured project management with data storytelling, requiring someone who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet as they are facilitating a meeting with senior executives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the team's weekly business review end to end, including agenda creation, timekeeping, capturing action items and chat notes, and driving follow-ups, while facilitating with confidence when VPs and senior leaders are present.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by coordinating inputs, preparing materials, and ensuring cross-functional alignment ahead of each review cycle.
  • Build and maintain tracking processes that keep workstreams, deliverables, and action items visible and on schedule, applying consistent project management rigor to ad hoc requests as they arise.
  • Create ad hoc data views and visual summaries using Excel and PowerPoint to help leadership quickly understand progress, trends, and areas requiring attention.
  • Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in data analysis, content creation, meeting preparation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Partner across Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in project management and operational tracking.
  • 2 or more years of experience using Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
  • 3 or more years of experience in meeting facilitation and business review execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience, including demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience supporting business reviews, operational cadences, or rhythm of business processes is a plus.
  • Very strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and design tracking systems that keep work organized and visible at scale.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence facilitating structured meetings for VP-level and senior leadership audiences.
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build ad hoc data views and visual presentations that tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance outputs.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and hold cross-functional partners to commitments without direct authority.
