- Work Permit Required: Green Card or US Citizen for this government contract.
- Location: Bethesda, MD - 3 days on site and 2 days work from Home
- Hours: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
- Parking: Free at the building; great location and wonderful amenities
- Pay: $95,000 - $100,000 per year plus benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k w/Match, Life Insurance, training credits program and more.
- Start Date: June 2026
Job Responsibilities
Study Building
Design and build eCRFs and databases in the REDCap Cloud platform.
System Configuration
Program complex validation rules, edit checks, and data queries.
Clinical Data Management
Translate trial protocols into technical system requirements.
Validation & Quality
Execute UAT and maintain documentation to ensure compliance.
Technical Support
Assist customers with configuration and usage questions.
Collaboration
Work with Agile teams to support development and implementation.
Backend & API Development
Build or consume backend services (Python, Rest API's, Node.js) and Spring Boot Restful API's to support system integration with REDCap cloud. Assist with data exports, reporting, and integration with statistical tools (like SAS, R, SPSS).
Documentation
Document the system configurations, changes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of REDCap Cloud Study build experience.
- Experience working with systems compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GCP.
- Industry knowledge: Experience with scientific or clinical projects is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in database building and system configuration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client facing meetings.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently.
