Requirements
Must have:

Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to support customer relations activities.
- You will combine analytical thinking with customer service to address client needs.
- You will communicate with customers in a professional and assured manner.
- You will help manage dispute-related issues and collection matters as needed.
- You will contribute to a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in Philadelphia several days per week.
